At Shop Katydid, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
